Nora
"Step Outside Videos™ is meant to promote and encourage the exploration of nature as a vehicle by which we can optimize our mental and emotional functioning. By creating a global community of nature videos, together we will create a community in support of preserving the environment while simultaneously supporting one another’s overall well-being across cultures and geography. We will visit one another’s natural worlds and create a digital archive of regular people Stepping Outside into the beauty that moves and heals them."
Nora is a nature-loving licensed psychologist and executive leadership coach. She greatly values the outdoors as a crucial part of what keeps her mind clear and focused, in life and in work. She believes that one of the greatest allies of mental health is the outdoors. But Nora, like many of us, is not always able to experience nature in real time. So, when outdoors and in nature, she has often made videos both for her own use and use in her coaching work. The idea of an ever increasing and changing anthology of nature videos came as a result of these efforts to help herself, friends and her clients in those needed moments of perspective. With this in mind, Nora decided to seize the moment and created Step Outside Videos to enable everyone, anywhere and at any time to receive the benefits of interacting with nature.
Nora has a masters degree in eco-psychology and a doctorate degree in clinical
psychology. She lives and works in a large east coast urban area but spends as much time as she can Stepping Outside into the natural world around the world. You can learn more about her practice and background by visiting

Zoë
A step beside or behind any of Nora’s videos is always Zoë, in her own mindful state of heaven on earth. Zoë is an integral member of Step Outside Videos™, especially considering she introduced Nora and Sasha.
Sasha
A hard-core believer in Step Outside Videos™, Sasha created the platform by which the Step Outside Videos™ concept could be delivered. Singer/songwriter, doula, and best friend to Zoë, Sasha brings her bright personality and dedication to everything she does.
